We proudly offer FREE shipping on all eligible orders.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to modify or cancel it, including changes to the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed (typically 1–3 business days). While we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.
Please allow a few business days for the tracking information to become available after your package has been dispatched.
If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days after shipment, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse locations.
If this happens, there is no additional shipping charge, and you'll receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Shipping Delays
While we work hard to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Customs inspections
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government-imposed fees.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Pawktee has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible at pawktee@gmail.com.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and do our best to help resolve it as quickly as possible. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we'll assist you with the appropriate next steps.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at pawktee@gmail.com.
If your order has not yet entered processing, we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to make changes.
