At Pawktee, we're committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.


Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Show no signs of damage caused after delivery.
  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

To start a return, please contact us at pawktee@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide you with return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products.
  • Products that have been damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.

Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll review your request and work with you to provide the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email of the outcome.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days from receiving your refund confirmation, we recommend first checking with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the product.
  • Photos of the packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

This helps us investigate the issue and provide the quickest possible resolution.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before they have been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow this Returns & Refunds Policy.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Pawktee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at pawktee@gmail.com. We'll do our best to update your shipping information before your order is processed.


Refused Deliveries

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect shipping address, failure to collect the package, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
